Cross Training Coach/ Mentor (2016-Present)
Cross Training is an organization that has been in my life since I was a kindergartner kid. It was in 2016 when I got to coach my first camp and lead kids. During the summer I coach over 1,200 kids each year and not only teach them skills for that camp, but bring them closer to a relationship with Jesus Christ. During the Fall and Winter seasons I am a mentor for a bible study that is led by Bob Upgren. In this bible study not only do I have the opportunity to grow in my faith, but I also get to disciple others as well. Cross Training has helped me find a passion for students and help me find my passion of working with young students.

Missions Trip to Dominican Republic
2017, 2019
I have been on two missions trips to the Dominican Republic with an organization called Cross Training. While on these two trips I served in sugar cane villages and orphanages handing out Bags Without Borders(Bags with nonperishable items along with toys and school supplies), along with playing with the kids. While being there we also got to play basketball against international teams, and shared the Gospel. The trip in 2019 was special as myself and a couple other future educators got to visit an orphanage which is home to over 45 children and adults with disabilities. These trips have helped me open my eyes and realize I have a calling to work with kids.
